Joyful Summer Embrace

by Y. M. Roger

To smile
in the sunshine
with the breeze at your back,
knowing that tomorrow is yours...
To taste the freshness of life in the air
and just let it drench your heart and soul...
It’s that rare kind of inner
warmth that cannot help
but make you
grin

Evening Performance
By Y. M. Roger

Fairies
Flit through the air
Chromatic symphony
Of effulgent streaks and glitter
Performing ?neath where the trees meet the stars
Tonight, the crickets and frogs join in
Enhancing the vibrant show
You?ll never forget
Dancing with
Sprites!
