Spring awakens a boy's thoughts, old and new.

stowed, long sleeves closeted
colored t-shirts appear, shorts fit checked

New bat boned
prized glove freshly oiled
"Play ball" punctuates newborn bird songs

Easter dress
pleasantly rainbow splashed
spotlights nameless girl's budding beauty
