From the frying pan, into the fire I jumped
To feed my desire, my senses were pumped
Like one so blind, my eyes could not see
This move would not prove to be, a good thing for me

Her seductive ways, for me, was a trap
I tripped, slipped and fell, right into her lap
While I enjoyed, her kiss and her caress
This is exactly how, I got into a mess

Should have paid more attention, to the age, old dance
Of the Praying Mantis, who dies for romance
Never dreamed that, someone who looked so good
Could be so mean, and stand for what she stood

Like the two LLs in hell, lovely and lethal as well
Powerless to resist, so deep in lust I fell
In a brief moment of clarity, I thought
For me, this cannot and will not end well

She hurt me in places, I didn't know I had
There was not one day that I did not feel bad
My pain was her joy, her favorite whipping boy
I became known as her preferred toy

And toying with me, she always did
Never did she try to keep her pleasure hid
She would kiss me and make me feel nice
Then suddenly grip me in a cold and steely vise

Every day I pray for a moment of peace
I'm willing to die just to gain some release
Writing this story about my days in hell
Hope someone will read it, hope the book will sell

Some will laugh and say, I got what I deserved
Some will even say that I finally got served
Never again will I mistreat a woman in my life
If I ever escape, I'm going back home to my wife
