Homemade Dijon Mustard

Ingredients:
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup yellow mustard
2 tbsp brown sugar
Directions:
1) In a medium saucepan, pour in water and bring to the point of steaming.
2) Pour in mustard and stir to mix.
3) Bring mixture to just the point of bubbling and stir in sugar.
4) Once incorporated smoothly, remove from stove and store or serve.
