McIntosh

My family, with good intent
cares for me, with guidance sent.
I love them so, but they don't know,
nothing said, will ever slow
this gypsy life, until I die,
on mossy paths, beneath blue sky.
So many times, it's nothing new,
hearing, "Judy, wear some shoes!"

Family Alphabet contest entry

Thanks to ShannaStott for the perfect gypsy horse. I guess that I am the black sheep of my family, All my life I hear their voices, "wear some shoes, find a nine to five job, don't you have another shirt?" Ha ha. I listen, but don't think I will ever change my mossy path.
