Doggy DNA

by Nanny 6

When Larry saw his sister’s DNA kit on the table waiting to be mailed, he couldn’t resist the idea forming in his head.

“Come here, Fifi,” he whistled.

When her results posted online, Mary clicked on the tab as her brother leaned over her shoulder.

Sixty percent French Poodle, Forty percent Mexican Chihuahua, with personality traits of a Pit Bull.

“What is this?” she cried.

“Looks like you come from a long line of bitches,” Larry laughed.

“Not funny!” Mary said punching her brother.

A few months later, Mary answered the door to an animal control officer.

“Good afternoon. Do you own a Poodle, Chihuahua mix?”

“Yes,” Mary answered.

“We’ve come to impound the animal for killing Mrs. Jenkin’s chickens.”

“Not Fifi!” she said, picking up the yapping dog.

“We found her DNA evidence at the scene. Though I’m a bit confused. It says here, the dog’s name is Mary.”
