My eyes look up into a cloudy sky
My mood's gray too, I don't know why

Pellets of sorrow descend on my day
A downpour of troubles that won't go away

The heartaches of life have taken their toll

I admit defeat and give God control

Dreams that were buried are now coming true
I find hope and grace in all that I do
