Blind Date II - Jeffrey's view
by miajaffri
Jeffrey didn't mind standing outside in the freezing cold weather waiting to
meet Cierra. He wanted to impress her with his endurance. He felt a rush of
excitement when he heard her call out his name. It made him feel like he was
needed. He hurried to her and in his most gallant way, he presented her with
one red rose, a symbol of their new love. She was happy. He knew. Her smile
told him.
Inside the restaurant, he asked the waiter to seat them at a booth instead of a
table. It would be romantic. He could sit beside her and they could talk intimately about their wishes and dreams. He felt a heat of passion when he put his arm around her.
He realized he was doing most of the talking but Cierra was interested. She
listened attentively, nodding often. He didn't want the evening to end.
