Tips and tricks to lose weight
Cut down on calories - This first tip is one of the most obvious. You will not lose weight if you consume more calories than you burn off. Your basal metabolic rate, or BMR, is a strong factor in how many calories you need to eat in a day. There are a couple of ways to calculate your BMR, so you can calculate how much you need. Other things, such as activity levels, should also be considered. I, myself, usually try to stick to 1000-1200 (or less, depending on how hungry I am), but that's just what works for me.
