Life's Tapestry

A nonet has nine lines. The first line has nine syllables, the second line eight syllables, the third line seven syllables, etc... until line nine finishes with just one syllable. It can be on any subject and rhyming is optional.
Life's tapestry can be viewed many ways. You may see a quilt of materials and stitched fabric while I see carpets like persian rugs of wool or chinese silk with changing colors and design, depending on the direction you view it from. What you grew up with and are familiar with will influence how you see your tapestry. As we all know, everyone's life is different but we all come from the same thread.
You may or may not see the same on particular points but it is what you take and understand from it. Your views may not necessarily be the same as the author.
Thank you for reading my poem.
