Hope He is here
Are You Here?
Don’t know if You are really here, Lord
But I do find comfort in thinking you might be
When I’m in need for myself or another
I venture to a chamber deep within mind, a
Place of secret that wants to believe
Just in case, in times of joy, I do give thanks
In times of need, I pray that You hear my appeal
We are in great need now, I hope with my heart
You are really here for all of us
Our country is under great stress
Divided like never since our Civil War
Please, Lord, if you are here
Bestow Your blessing and help us
Again to become a good and loving country
