This is an abstract which has very thick paint applied with a palette knife. If you look at the sun, it is an eye. In the hills, there is an area that looks loosely like two monkeys face to face with side view showing the eye of each. Those same eyes are used by an owl. Not everyone will see it. The girls also have eyes which are taking in all of the other eyes.
