Question at Life's Twilight

by Y. M. Roger

Etheree Poem Contest Winner

Youth’s
foot falls
on life’s trails
leave prints so faint
that age and eyesight
can not distinguish them
from windswept patterns in time.
The question to ask ourselves then
is should we dwell on these pale mem’ries
or let faith blaze a new trail to the end . . .
