Answering Guilt

My answer was ‘no’.
His handsome face just fell – gorgeous eyes beseeching, lower lip almost quivering. He was killing me! But I held firm.
“Pleeeeeaaase,” he pleaded, “I’ll take care of this one.”
We drove home in silence.
Great, now I feel guilty because my husband doesn’t have two boats.
