What’s wrong with a patriot Pres who is proud
To be an American—says it out loud!
Did you ever, one time, hear Obama say same?
In eight years I didn’t, and that is a shame.
What’s wrong with a Pres who makes good on his word
And stands strong in spite of the nay-saying herd?
I wonder if he who cries foul over Trump
Dislikes job increases? Would much rather grump
About um, lower taxes? More cash, end of year?
About a closed border—protecting our “rear”?
Is he livid the US economy’s growing?
And pay raises for US troops Trump’s bestowing?
And what about all of the media bias?
And near-rabid hate from the Left, oh, so pious.
The pay-offs from Soros to bussed-in protesters,
The rioters, screamers, the liars, “grotesquers.”
And constant boo-hooing, and whining and crabbing,
Who took great delight in destroying, back stabbing
A good, honest judge ‘cause they just couldn’t stand
The fact that our Pres. nominated this man.

I truly have never seen anything like
The spoiled-brat behavior, so unsportsman-like,
And it isn’t over. Oh, no, they won’t quit,
Although most Americans are sick of it.
They’ve sworn to derail and destroy our Pres
And intimidate those who support him, oh yes.
They’re dividing this country and don’t care a whit
That our kids and grandkids will suffer for it.
It’d be nice if they talked of the good things Trump’s done,
The battles he’s made against Isis—some won.
He knows he could balance the budget; it’d work
If gov’t retirees would suspend their perks—
The goodies they voted themselves—not our vote.
You think they’ll suspend all their perks?  Nope.
Our Pres says some things, I admit, that he shouldn’t
But also, he stands against wrong when “O” wouldn’t.
Why can’t we applaud his accomplishments -wins –
All helping America be great again!
He says what he means, there’s no artifice there,
Unlike politicians he’s up front and “square.”
He’s smart and he knows that the strong are respected
And that is a main reason he was elected.
This President’s piled more good deeds on his plate
In less that a year than Obama in eight.
So I ask you what’s wrong with a President who
Fights for what’s best for this country…and you?
