Easily Offended Today

If we should fail to forgive,
we'll be more easily offended
by what others may say to us
by the treatment of the world.

So may we be always ready
to forgive those who hurt us,
doing so we'll be less offended.

In my devotional reading this morning it was discussing how it seems that people are more offended today by others and situations than ever before.
My daughter and I were discussing this over breakfast an hour ago.
