A scorpion stings a little girl
The Scorpion

My mother was very abusive. New neighbors had just moved in next door and there were a lot of empty moving boxes outside. I had been told not to bother my parents or else I would be whipped with a wire. When I first got stung I thought it was the biting ants. There was a thick yellow fluid on the ants. The scorpion had killed them and also gotten me. I screamed from pain. I thought still that the ant had bit me. My dad came out and asked what had happened. I said that an ant bit me and he told me to stop being a baby. After that my arm swelled up to three times itâ??s normal size. I was hiding behind one of the boxes crying from the pain. I finally got to the point where I had to take the chance. So I went inside. My mom picked me up and sat me on the kitchen counter and she called the doctor. She had noticed that my breathing was labored even though I could not tell. The sting was on the ring finger of my left hand where I would wear a wedding ring. But due to the scar, anything touching it makes it itch. So I cannot wear my wedding ring. At the time I went into anaphylactic shock. I was having trouble breathing but I did not know it. I only felt the tremendous pain of my arm. I was so surprised I did not get whipped for bothering my mom. To this day that is the only time I felt she cared about me. She was actually nice for several days and took me with her everywhere. It might have been to show off my huge arm. She had me show it to everyone. Well I survived and here I am. You all have a good day.
