Barbie is holding up better than I am!

Barbie's Life

by A. Willow Bends

I'm a little jealous of the Barbie Doll.
She's nearing 60, just like me,
but sagging not at all!
Her slender hips, her tiny waist,
her upper half . . . well, you know!!!!
I'm aging well like wine and cheese
but she's still hot from head to toe.
Her hair still shines.
Her eyes still glow.
Her wardrobes "in" from head to toe.
There are no lines or wrinkles
on her perfect little face.
On bad days I look to be
a terrible disgrace.
She must be pumped with chemicals
like "embalming fluid MAX".
I wish she'd age more gracefully
(like ME) and just relax!
