insurance is too powerful
My Dear CEO

Dear Sir,
This letter is in relation to your policy
denying medical/surgical coverage for
a procedure required by my daughter.
She was born without vagina and uterus.
She has planned to undergo vaginal
surgery to relate, for the first time,
to what all species have and require.
One in forty-five hundred births result
in this tragedy. What is the concept
behind purchasing insurance...of
any kind? To enable the survival
of a cataclysmic event. The rare.
The unusual.
I do not believe you deny other
organ surgeries. Perhaps you
do not classify the vagina as
an organ. An absolute necessity
for any and all women. This would
be acceptable policy for your daughter?
I have seldom experienced this degree
of injustice. Only corporate America,
an elevated boardroom, and complete
isolation from the proletariat, yields
the unrecognized pathological
psychotic mask that must never
be broken.
If man were stripped
of all his masks,
and left to stand alone,
the fear of all
would leave him bare
of everything...but bones.
I am a citizen, a father, and
oppressed by the manner in
which you conduct business.
