Throw out simple words until we're done

I'll do my best to be a fun rhyming host

I'll try SALAD for my word to start
Could be tricky but I know you're smart
Produce chopped finely to resemble art
Let's be fancy serving from the gourmet cart

I am so grateful to hear a world of SOUND
Could you hear another country down on the ground
I don't think so but lets just use imagination
That makes it much nicer than full of agitation

Many words make me laugh....GOOSE PIMPLE
That's just an example plain and simple
Lasagna beef meatballs or chicken fried steak
Serve it all up for dinner on a fine paper plate

Let's venture out on a fun VACATION
Flush the stress and all your frustration
An adventure seeking a Heavenly sensation
On your dinner plate is a beautiful carnation
