Remembering your flow of yesteryear...
injustice done, there is no alibi
Vanquished to depletion from your own sov-
ereign state of calm, a place to revere
Radiance of fluid flow...now over

Respect for Earth’s blood as seen in water
Unrelenting fate forced your leave in lieu
Nowhere to move but lay still in the mourn
Shadow’s image lost in reflective tears

Drought drains, evaporating...life silenced
Remaining void covered by dry dust sheer
Your bed made to rest no longer murky~
