Just another day at the office

Jolted awake by bang. Throbbing head, too much to drink.
Late for work, missed train. Great party last night, what I can remember.
Feel rough, need an Alka Seltzer.
Glance at New York Times, not much happened.
Secretary's late again, must get rid of that girl, lazy cow, great ass though.
Smell smoke, someone's burning toast again.
Just put my head down on the desk for ten minutes, meeting's not till nine.
Banging, shouting, screaming, must be dreaming.
It's very hot, air conditioning must be broken.
Just change date on calendar, any profound quotes today?
No. Just September 11th, 2001.
