Tenderly you grasp my hand
Resting your head upon my shoulder
United in laughter, caring, and respect for nearly forty
     years.
Even when life or others attempted to doubt or destroy our
Love, we never allowed our sensibilities or bond to be
     shaken or broken.
Only we remember the certainty and truth of those sacred
Vows which we spoke and have continued to live each
     day.
