Say sorry for peace . . .

by Dolly'sPoems

Apologies . . .

The numbing silence of a mood,
cuts like a sharpened blade.
A word said out of place can make,
the air stale and decayed.

Unless a cheery note is sung,
the torrid state of play,
can grind your solemn heart to pulp,
and ruin your whole day.

Best clean the air and then share,
apologies can please,
light hearted notes with anecdotes,
bring smiles that always tease.

A lift can sift the dismal vibes,
bring music back to ears,
And heal a heart of bloody scars
drying all its tears.
