First kiss

Secret Love

by HarryT

You entered my mixed-up life,
a life filled with marriage strife

I headed for the quiet lake,
the place I told you I take a break

You were there in the parking lot,
I pulled up quietly in the next slot

You looked my way and smiled,
my heart leapt like birthday-gifted child

I opened my front passenger door,
excitement flowing to my very core

Knowing our love was ban
still you slid in, I took your hand

I touched your face, turned your head,
you asked, "I'm not being mislead?"

I touched your face with nervous fingers,
the fire of our sensual kiss still lingers
