I love my dear husband first.
Then my dog, but I love most animals.
Dogs come first with me,
always have done.
We both love cats too,
this was first my husband's area.

I used to ride horses,
first with anxiety in my heart,
later with pleasure
and more relaxed.
Mind you I usually asked a quiet one.

I bought two white rats,
when Robert was ill oft
over most weekends.
They were fun to have,
slept in our bed and,
swam in the bath with rescue help.

I liked the deer near us much,
till I dropped a bowl with food in
for the second time.
They don't need food,
fat enough they are.
I only fed them cause of photo's.
But I always used to talk to them,
give them a cuddle over their nose.
