How everything is connected

Spectronnection / Connectrum

by Badger_29

"Everything must be made as simple as possible. But not simpler" Albert Einstein

I am falling in a dream
 then I'm crawling
in what seemed:
a dank, dark room
 on a conveyer,
away from a womb,
one of many layers

I am alone, but not lonely
I do not condone,
being the only:
person who feels
these intense feelings

 spinning with wheels,
my senses are reeling!
Taking me back
to simpler time . . .

 As I let out slack,
now I'm starting to climb
to a higher plane-
of understanding
As I shrug off disdain,
I reach a landing

I step out onto
a vast plateau
My sight is imbued
with a wond'rous view

I can see for miles, and
in its beauty,
I perceive the styles
of the way that
~everything~
is connected!
The image conveys,
how the energy is directed

Some rays are parallel,
others are scattered
The many layers tell of:
mysterious matters

I see diverse dimensions,
more than I ever imagined!
 Joined by a tenuous tension,
that is intricately fashioned

In a manner that is
quite revealing,
a plethora for my senses,
 giving me a reassuring feeling,
and restoring my defenses

As I survey this vast shelf,
there are mirrors all around me
To myself I am nearer,
as these images confound me!

A focal point is forming,
 in my line of sight;
the energies are swarming,
into a single byte

I then awaken, in my dream,
in front of an alluring door
Brilliant rays of sunlight gleam
off the windows of six more

I feel that I am longing for,
 that which I am blocked
But as I rise and try the door,
I find  it to be locked!

This causes deep emotion,
 and I start to weep
I feel frozen, as if under the ocean,
helpless as I sleep

 Then out of the mist,
a figure appears
while I am feeling so sad
The face is not quite clear,
but the vapor dissipates,
and I see that it's my dad!

He beckons me with a smile,
on his work belt are a ring of clinking keys
he has a fine flair and style,
and my sadness is released

As I look into
his deep brown eyes,
he utters
a statement profound:
the inflection of his voice is wise,
and connects me to the ground

"I am your future you see,
as part of me is in you,
part of you is in me
As you know time goes on forever,
thence also spirals back
This eccentric connection cannot be severed,
so please let out a little slack!"

"You must lighten up a bit,
but do not take matters lightly
For they are filled with wit,
so follow me, and be spritely"!

His manner conveyed confidence,
with an air of debonair
This combo dissolved my fence,
as into his eyes I stared

He took my hand and, in the other
was a key to one of the doors
 As our dream-flesh connected
I felt the energy,
that emanates from the Universal force

He helped me stand, and in his other hand,
I could see the source
of the solution to door number one
 The red door was unlocked,
and we walked into:
the light of a primeval sun

I saw an early man
standing all alone
As he looked at his hand,
I saw that the hands were my own!

I grasped an oval rock,
and thrust it to the ground
it made a dull thud,
and I took stock-
of the seismic sound

Suddenly there were others around,
and they were thumping too
A rumble went through the ground,
and the feeling went all the way through

The fabric of the universe,
causing a resounding ripple
As it dispersed I saw the pattern,
which was completely simple

All of the sudden,
we struck the same note
in synchronicity-
The sound of it evoked
a feeling of complicity

Then I was back in the byte,
in front of door number two;
which exhibited an orange light,
and as I entered I viewed:

People of all different races,
solitary, and gathered around-
various scenic places,
with instruments of a percussive sound

There were kettle drums and ones with skins,
 bells that jingled and jangled
 One had a metallic wand,
that made noise
with a metal triangle

one had various pieces of wood,
 fastened as measured ballasts
that sounded mystically good,
when struck with metal mallets

Then they all built to a frenzied pitch,
and I started dancing
This feeling was thick and rich,
as the horses started prancing!

I danced right up to a yellow door,
my dad opened it easily
As we went through, a lion roared,
and Jasmine scented air
wafted breezily

I then heard a melodic note,
being sung by a beautiful angel
On the Jasmine air it did float,
and caught the sunlight at an angle

It vibrated at a  frequency of:
440 cycles per second
 From my musical studies,
I knew this to be "A" note,
as other angels it beckoned

They joined in perfect harmony,
singing a third and a fifth above
It made a magical melody,
that was a lovely ode to love

Then I heard the songs from people
of all different lands
As I sat among them,
we all raised, and then
joined our hands

And as this tune we sung,
smiles on all the faces
 in this universal tongue,
from so many different places

Then all these pieces
interwove together
The combined force releases,
then draws back together

The voices mixed with the percussion,
and it fixed the sound that abounded!
With a motley mix of different devices,
This new fix
was seasoned with auditory spices

Music was made
for the very first time;
for the piper was paid,
and he performed his rhyme

And then each faction-
split into many more
It was a fearless action,
that became the basis for lore

I heard the earliest songs,
they held me spell-bound
but for a brief moment,
for it was than that I found

That each specific song,
had its own style
 And before too long,
through these musical trials

I had been so distracted,
that I had not seen
that we had in fact,
passed through a door,
which was emerald green

Then the songs played quicker,
I could not help but detect:
that the wavelength were thicker,
and were adjusted to select

Each a different genre,
on a separate station
For it was my honor to perceive
this brand-new situation

I looked at my dad,
and then understood
that he was glad, for it was good
But I would understand
so much more,
as we went through:
 a sky blue door

It was the invention of radio waves
The intention was to save:

~people from idle moments~

 They could select from
a number of different stations
This was the advent-
of a brand new situation

I marveled at this novelty,
and perceived the ways
For it was a time for people to
be happy with what the radio plays!

I heard a voice say,
"who knows what evil",
 it was a popular play
While backstage sat the devil,
waiting to make his move
on the masses,
their souls to take,
as this new form surpasses
 all that had come before.

Then everything started
going even faster,
and the air was bombarded
from a number of blasters

These waves transported us
to the next door
 which was indigo,
and behind it was more

My sense of well-being,
 and of wonder
at what I was seeing,
made me gain under-

standing that this
was the advent of TV!
And all that it does,
for the audience to see

I saw "Howdy Doody",
and  "Mr. Ed"
I felt it my duty to
 share what was said

To be a brand new
 way of enjoyment
The airwaves imbued,
with the deployment

Of this new fashion,
of passing the time
As the people are dashing to
watch programs: sublime

Then those waves
 moved faster yet
And this paved the way
 to another outlet

  As we arrived I heard:
a trumpet blast!
I felt so alive,
for we had arrived at last-

To the seventh door
which was a violet shade
And all that I had seen before,
 led up to this glade

I felt exhilarated
as I went through;
 the TV waves were translated
to many colorful hues

I perceived that all these
spectrums connect,
as I saw colors fall from
a source which was direct

 Then in a blinding flash,
things accelerated more!
Everything seemed to clash,
and reverberate through the floor

I was filled,
to the top with
~all~
that I had seen-
 I did not want
this vision to stop,
I felt so serene

Then all was still,
and I thought no more
For I had been distilled
through another door

And behind a light reflected,
in what was my new room;
for I had been injected-
to start over in a womb
