No more suffering.

by Rasmine

Hello. The death of a pet is very difficult. I just put my cat to sleep this afternoon. She had a day that was most horrific. Throwing up and constipation made up my mind for me. She had suffered enough -- years of this are too long!
My heart is numb as I type this. For some of you, it will seem silly that someone loved a cat like a person, but for people that are alone, the animal becomes your child!
To all animal lovers, maybe being aware that they will die someday will make it less difficult when they actually do. I didn't really do this and it hurts so much now; they must have thought me as a loony person the way I cried in the vet office.
Please love yourselves and each other, and the animals too!
