A very dark interruption at that!

Sleep Interrupted

by easyeverett1

O dark dramatic dreams, I plead thee gone
To leave this tortured mind at last alone.
No more the sick sadistic bleeds at dawn
Where wounds have bared the marrow of my bone.

Your curs-ed cause I never could explain,
It belches from the depths of Mother Earth
And swells the rancid bellies selling pain
Demonic in carnality from birth.

Eccentric in corrupted brutal fates
For you must change and carve a righteous course
And do not play the horrid game that waits
Or let the evil eye exude its force.

What sin have I that brought thee to my door?
My eyes can see but need your clarity!
I smell your Master's hell inside His whore;
A stench that strips the truth from sanity.

If force of evil fails this time to cope
With silver-winged destroyers from the skies.
Your evil Master then will lose all hope
For God will judge Him with all knowing eyes.

The banished beast is cast unto the vast
Eternity of blackness come at last.

This dream is written in iambic pentameter which requires ten syllables per line and each line contains five iambic feet. Iambic
pentameter has been the most widely used meter in English poetic for centuries. It is used in many forms of poetry but the most familiar form where this meter is utilized is the Sonnet.
Old Will pounded iambic pentameter to a versified pulp. easy
