Employee: Aw, come on, I’m sitting at my desk sniffing, hoping my hay fever doesn't last two to three days as usual. This sneezing and wheezing ruin my work production. The itchy nose, red eyes releasing tears force me to give into the sudden episode over my work.
Employer: Really? You do know I have the final word on all the decision, don't you?
Employee: Yes, you know this happens every year around this time.
Employer: Yes, I noticed that about you.
Employee: Thanks for understanding, sir.
Employer: Sure. Don't mention pal. That this check. You're no longer needed here.
