What is there
Lurking in shadows
Betwixt the dusk and the dawn
Warning shivers down the spine
Sensed yet never seen

It floods in
Relief breaths a sigh
Turn out the lights dark again
Feeling silly and giddy
Sliding toward sleep
What's that noise
