Remembering John

by Mary Ann MCPhedran

John began his day walking the dog and his stories about nature and he found no end of trinkets which of course he handed them to the police but most of them were unclaimed and he redeemed them back. His walk with Shona went along by the river would take pictures of the sun rising and the colours in the sky reflecting on the water, and came home with stories of the birds he captured on camera.
His wife waited for him to return with his bowl of cornflakes and they began their day.
' What have has Shona been up too?' Maureen aske and their conversing began with a story. To be continued.
