Festooned in festive garb they shout,
"Admire our best, Cherie, voila!"

Because the season's much too brief,
appreciate this autumn day
by ambling through thick garish woods.
Allow each sense to rove or stray.

The trail's so quiet, ours alone,
but as we trod, leaves crunching cry,
"Appreciate this autumn day
for soon we're gone. Au Revoir! Goodbye!"

Enjoy Ma Nature's jubilee,
outbursts of color, gay soiree,
her haute grandeur and elegance.
