A white tow ell wrapped around my head

by APyburn-Phifer

It was a Kodak moment for the girls and guy.
Four generations; many struggles, a few tears throughout the years.
Bertha in back; Mom's hair standing strong,
While brother-in-law Joe, just glad to be along.
Second sister Florrie, in the floral print, was calm and tastefully dressed.
Grandma Catherine, in black rim glasses, sat looking decked in her very best.
Oldest sister Helen, ready for her head shot flashed her lovely, smiley-face.
A white towel wrapped around my washed head; there I sat, very happy; not sad.
Back in the sixties, I do remember; a time I embraced love with my Family.

The third sister, Catherine took the picture.
