Looking Up To The Heavens

by Abby Wilson-hand

There are two children sitting on a bench. Talking about many things, the worms from the Earth, to the birds in the trees, if there is a heaven. As they talk about all these things they are sitting there in wonder. "Why can we see the worms on the ground", "why can we see the birds in the tree's"? "Why do we not see the heavens and the Angel's"?" If you can see it, it should be real, righ"t? The one child says to the other, as he looks up to the Heavens and points, "My mommy always told me you can't see the Heavens but it's there", she says "it's like the wind you can't see it, you can feel it, that's how you know it's there". The other child says," Now I know there is a heaven I can't see it, But I can feel the love from all the Angels, so now I know Heaven is for real. As they picked up their lunch and walked away feeling the love of the angels. Just knowing how they both have a smile on their faces.
