This work has reached the exceptional level
A lovely place, don't you agree?

Imagine a world without hate or war
It's a thought that's hard to ignore
I see a place where no one keeps score
Ironically, a land where loathing is abhorred
Iconic folk, who all are adored
Idolatry of all sorts, these people do deplore
Imagine all of this, I implore

Writing Prompt
Write a Pleiades poem for this contest. This poetry type requires a title with a single word. The poem itself has seven lines. The first word in each line begins with the same letter as the title. See an example of this type of poem here.


I used the picture of the sweet little girl to convey innocence. I sadly suppose, in this day and age, you would either have to be innocent or naive or both to imagine that this kind of world could possibly happen.
