In the sky, there are clouds on some days...
or not.
Rain escapes from its hidden places too,
as does thunder announce the lightning from its depths.
Both, part of heaven's manse.

Many parts make up a whole.
No one thing can we call "sky".

With many parts God designed us.
I see your smile,
and wonder at the depth in your eyes.
That creased cheek that begins the wondrous smile
is my favorite part.

But its the wonder of "self"
that invites us to share thoughts and decide to love...or not.

Its the part that defines goodness, expresses pain,
and shares true nature and nurture.

Its God's signature
of Him who made you
left in you.

Within every person, God left each of us a soul.

And it is what we are
when all else
is dust.
