Children and Parents

Children you need to obey
Your parents in the Lord
For this is right to do.
Honor mother and father,
For this is a commandment
With promise
That all will go well for you
And you may have a long life.

Fathers and mothers be sure
You don't provoke your children
To the point they get angry,
But rather bring them up
In the nurture of the Lord
And admonish them to do right.
