The voice inside her screams with rage and pain The voice inside her has been stifled once again The voice inside her never being heard The voice inside her deserves more than a word The voice inside her The voice inside her ~~Interlude~~ The voice inside her all too often’s been ignored The voice inside her so desperate to be restored The voice inside her sure she’ll never get her say The voice inside her dies a little more each day The voice inside her The voice inside her ~~Interlude~~ The voice inside her straining to bust out The voice inside her feels the need to shout The voice inside her has things that must be said The voice inside her has needs that must be fed The voice inside her The voice inside her ~~Interlude~~ The voice inside her is slowly growing strong The voice inside her was told that she belongs The voice inside her knew never to give up the fight The voice inside her knows day will follow night The voice inside her The voice inside her ~~Interlude~~ The voice inside her received acknowledgement today The voice inside her was allowed to have her say The voice inside her was finally really heard The person beside her listened to every word From the voice inside her The voice inside her The voice inside her 1-24-15 jbh |
