While touching toes my sweat pants split,
But that's not half the size of it,
The scale and a rear view admit.

Behind is reason to commit,
With britches in a tizzy snit,
I'll squat and snarl, I'll cuss and spit,
As double chin hangs down a bit.

The barbells with butt cracking grit,
Held up until sore muscles quit,
Will make this skin a better fit,
Now my arse is to sore to sit.
