Waterfall Wonder

Waterfall droplets splash to rocks below
Just hearing them lets me know
All past wrongs are washed away
Opportunity opens for a new day

Sitting close enough to feel the sprays
Cleanses my tortured soul of its old ways
A never ending source of pleasure
Time by the waterfall I treasure

With new spirit and refreshed mind
To myself, I can now be kind
Ridding myself of my self-doubt
Allows my creativity to come out

Gone are the worries of today
Tomorrow’s not yet on the way
'Tis the time to listen and be still
And my soul will forever fill

Full of love for all and sharing
With understanding and caring
When you next hear a waterfall
You will make sense of this all
