This work has reached the exceptional level
friends I can count on, I could count on one hand

In Fields Of Friendship

In the midst of my winter-white landscape canvas
our friendship is a field
of blazing scarlet poppies
A circle of cheer
to celebrate
a whisper of warmth
to embrace
and
a single star in a black sky
shining bright enough
to guide me home
