Glimpses of Violets
my legs no longer wander the path,
exploring dappled wooded glens, glimpse sweet purple violets; multiple sclerosis suffocates my joy, chair tied, housebound; words reach 'cross where arms fail |

violet may be pronounced as if with 2 syllables in some dialects, but dictionary.com has it with 3 so that is what I will follow.
