This work has reached the exceptional level
Fear of # 13 Acrostic

Triskaidekaphobia

   The mention of this number sends
   Reverberations strong
   It shakes some people to the core
   Since fear to it belongs
   Karmic waves are like tsunamis
   As terror starts to spread
   In this phobia that frightens
   Danger supplies real dread
            Every nerve is tense with caution
                               Knees knock when kismet sways
                                As angst is in the picture now
                            Prowling about with fray
            Heebie-jeebies mustn't rule you
                  Or they will do you in
                                 Be calm, don't let 13 control
                               It thrives so in chagrin
          As triskaideka..."You know what?", lets havoc take a spin!

I was inspired to write this by a contest posted here. The contest was of fictional nature. I thought I'd write an acrostic about Triskaidekaphobia and add a little designer shape to it. I hope you enjoy! :o) Helvi
