Out of Time

The reason for my haste;
it appears my watch has been misplaced.
Though, I do not intend to race,
I surely have no time to waste.

Steps rehashed and still no sign.
No tic or toc. No brilliant shine.
I aim to revel in this day, so prime.
If only I, could find the time.
