"iambic feet" ... Da DUM's ... meter ... get it?
Plain and simple - Rhythm.
BTW this is written in anapestic meter...da da DUM da da DUM, for those who had a little trouble gripping
the flow...
(a well known eg. T'was the NIGHT before CHRISTmas...)
I'm not hung up on this at all but thought the concept might make good fodder for a poem.
I have at times wondered if "missed hits" during promotion are dissatisfaction with ones work, or perhaps
the opposite, just no inclination or time to review.
Hard to find out the answer with no feedback. LOL
However, when people take the time to go into your portfolio and dig around and read, as extra hits
after promotion are evident from the "Last View" ... then
I guess it goes a way to proving not all people here
necessarily read for the bucks. They read quite simply, because they like.
Well, that's what I figure.
Guess we'll never really know all the facts or reasons behind the percentage of missed hits on posts.
I do know though, you can please some of the people some of the time but you can never please all of the people
all of the time.
Something we writers best remember, for our ego's sake.
Thanks for reading or not ...
