Changing Rooms

For my wish.

Inside a box, inside a room,
a heart was safely kept.
Yet somewhere near from somewhere here
a feeling slowly crept.

Beside my heart, inside a room,

the curtains were drawn back.

New light it streamed and darkness dreamed

of colours more than black.

A bursting heart, inside a room,

its beating counts the time.

The box will break, it cannot take

this love of yours and mine.

The day will come, inside a room,

together we will stand.

And from that box, behind the locks,

my heart is what you land.
