A family saves a little Bichon.
Rescuing Samantha
by Thesis
Our family discovered a dog being abused by a foreign family, whose children were constantly hitting her with a wiffle ball bat and pulling her tongue, as she licked them.
My wife and daughters convinced me to visit the family, to see about adopting the dog. Witnessing the abuse firsthand, we all bonded immediately to the friendly little Bichon, named Samantha.
Samantha came home with us that day, becoming a member of our family for thirteen years, until that terribly sad, emotional day we were forced to say goodbye.
Needless to say, our Sammy will always remain in our hearts.
