Oh, Bora Bora

Oh, how I wish

I could go to Bora Bora

A place I have always

Dreamt about going

I feel I know the island

Without even knowing
 

Ever since the age of eight

I have always wanted to go

Could this soon be my fate

 A ticket to Bora Bora I could show

I hope it’s never too late

For I really want to go

I want to sleep

In an over-the-water hut

And from the porch

I want to leap

Into the crystal blue water

I don’t ask for much
 

I only want to visit

This island in French Polynesia

Drink a pina colada

That could give you amnesia

I don’t want to stay at Ramada

I’m not going to Rhodesia
 

I want to feel

Sunshine on my face

In this wonderful

Exotic place

To swim and relax

And disappear without a trace
