The viewpoints of an assistant

Mad Scientist

by Debi Pick Marquette

Science Fair Contest Winner

A lab assistant was my start

How blood cells worked, he would explain

But when he tried to steal my heart

I realized it was all in vein

Experiments that he explodes

He laughs and thinks they are a joke

What he has done to frogs and toads

Enough to make a lizard croak

We worked crime labs from both his homes

And looked at blood stains from the scenes

We found the sex of chromosomes

They were Inside a pair of genes

This scientist, I'm sure is mad

I should have quit at first weird sign

I googled him; it's ironclad

He's ancestor of Frankenstein
